Hades (ハデス Hadesu) is the unexpected main antagonist of Kid Icarus: Uprising and the true Lord of the Underworld, so he could also be considered the main antagonist of the overall series. Hades is also revealed to have been the mastermind behind the events of the first game.

This page is for any of his appearances in fangames.

Kid Icarus: The Mother Goddess[]

Hades is revived in The Mother Goddess by Dark Pit and Orphus. Upon revival, Hades attacks the angels, but once forced into submission and told of Nyx's presence, he willingly joins them. Hades is shown to have much arcane knoweledge in this game, as he is the only God that can actually remember Nyx. Throughout the game, Hades voices his dislike for the angels and makes fun of them whenever possible. However, he knows that since Nyx is an extreme danger, he must side with them anyways (although he is extremely pessimistic and depressing about this). Hades no longer wears the robe he wore in Uprising, but rather a three-piece suit as he "wants to look his best when the world comes to an end."

In Chapter 26, it is revealed that Hades never existed, and instead Chronos was acting as Ruler of the Underworld. Hades' actions in the past Kid Icarus games were most likely due to Chronos' occasional deliria.

There are a set of Daggers named after Hades that are unlocked after awakening him.
